Santiago del Valle is the man accused of killing Mari Luz Cortés.
The man alleged to have killed the Huelva five year old, Mari Luz Cortés, earlier this year, is now facing a fourth court case for the alleged abuse of a four year old girl in Sevilla.
The case against Santiago del Valle opens in court today with the fiscal demanding three years in prison. Del Valle is alleged to have abused the four year old on December 9 2006 in a community patio where the child lived.

A neighbour claims to have seen him touching the child’s genitals.
Santiago del Valle has already been found guilty of abusing his own daughter and of molesting another in Gijón.
The prosecution claims that the schizophrenia he suffers from does not impede him from discerning the illegality of his actions.
